We went to the dinosaur museum with my cousin Shilo and her kids yesterday.

For some reason I still drag along my double stroller places, , though rarely will both kids sit in it. More often than not, I'm chasing two kids around while pushing a massive empty stroller. In the rare circumstance that I do have both my kids contained in it, they are pushing, pulling, or hitting each other. Someday I will walk peacefully through a place with both my children smiling and pointing at their surroundings. I guess I won't count on it though.

The sand and water table was fun for the kids, but they had to go under the thing and up a ramp to get to the inside of the table where the floor was raised so they could reach to play. That would be fine except that the floor is covered in sand and very slippery. Sari fell and skinned her knee and was bleeding, then sat crying forever about needing a bandaid.

It's nice to know that our big kids watch out for our babies! Sari and Jordan kept an eye on their little sisters and made sure they had a brush for the sandbox too.
