Girls' Weekend!

This past weekend I went to Rexburg to meet my best friends for a fun weekend!  They drove up together from Utah.  We were sad Jen couldn't come because she was closing on her new house.  I'd say 9 out of 10 was pretty good though.  Life is so busy!  I left Billings around 10:30 Friday morning.  We met at our hotel that afternoon and we went and ate dinner in a taco bus.  It was pretty fun.  We went to a BYU-I play that evening.  It was a little longer than it needed to be but was only $2 and was fun to make fun of afterwards.  We just talked at the hotel after.  It is really fun to be with all those girls I've been friends with forever.  Saturday morning we went to the temple.  Jill didn't realize that her temple recommend had expired so she wasn't able to come in with us.  Lisa and I did initiatories while the others went to a session and then we went to Walmart and back to the hotel with Jill.  We all went to lunch and a movie after that.  We saw Austenland and it was a silly funny movie.  After that we went to sit in the hotel hot tub and swam as well.  Lisa, Holly, Jill, and I started to make up a syncranized swimming routine.  It was ridiculous and we were laughing our heads off.  We had a finale of launching Lisa into the air, which we couldn't quite send her sailing like we had envisioned.  We all took turns being "launched".  We got up super early Sunday morning and left at 7:30am.  I got home in time to get myself and the kids ready for church.  It was fun to not worry about much all weekend, no house, kids, husband, responsibilities, to think about.  It was fun, relaxing, and wonderful to catch up with my friends.
