Lucy is five years old!
While we were in Utah, Lucy got to open her presents from Grandma and Grandpa Pack early. She got a fun sprinkler and a game that involved getting wet. They played with both while we were there.
Lucy is full of spunk and energy! She loves to play with friends and be outside. She is excited to dance again this year. I asked her if she wanted to play soccer and she had absolutely no interest. She is always singing or dancing in the car and is the first to request the radio on. She also is always telling me to change the station when there isn't a song on that she can dance to. This summer she had one week of swimming lessons and then a lot of practice in the Olsen's pool. She is a great swimmer now. She can dive right in with the rest of the kids.
She has done great adjusting to Kindergarten this year. She loves to go play with Grandma Worthington after school. She regularly volunteers to empty the dishwasher for me when one of her sisters is whining about it being their turn. She also is great at cleaning her room and helping me with other chores. She folds clothes great and is really good with Ian, unless she is feeling like she wants to pester him. She has been drawing the cutest pictures lately. I love how she has been drawing people and animals. They are so cute! I need to post a couple pictures of her drawings on the blog soon.
