We put our house on the market in mid August, I think around the 18th. Whitney and Shaunie came and helped me with the final detail cleaning one day, which was so nice of them! We had lots of showings, I can't remember the exact number now - maybe 12-15 and got one offer that was kinda low. We listed it originally for 439,900, then dropped it to 429,900. We kept it on the market until the second week in October, but then we were just so sick of showing it and we didn't really know if we really have the stamina and money to build a new house right now. It's so expensive! We decided to hold off and just keep loving our house for now.
