Tuesday.. I can't keep close enough tabs on Sari. I just got another cordless phone so I'd be able to follow her around more closely, even if I was on the phone, but so far, , it hasn't worked as I planned. Sunday Scott and I got distracted for a couple minutes too long so Sari decided to put half a roll of toilet paper in the toilet and flood the bathroom. Today I was downstairs with Kate and I heard Sari say, , "Come smell Mommy, come smell it!" I knew that couldn't be good so I ran upstairs to see Sari holding the bottle of Gentian Violet, or rather tipping it out onto the bathroom floor and rug. I grabbed it from her and got it all over my hands. I spent the next 30 minutes scrubbing the linoleum until most of it was gone. You can still see it a little bit. I just don't know how she can be so mischievous but so cute afterwards. Just now she came up to me and said, "I didn't mean to dump the bottle, huh? Darn it. I didn't mean to. Sorry, mommy." Well who could stay mad with that said?
