Kate has recently started to entertain herself with Sari's markers and crayons. I should have taken a picture of the walls up and down the stairs or of our office door, both of which are decorated with Kate's masterpieces. I actually did already scrub the stair walls but I haven't got around to the door yet. It is a little less visible so I never remember at a convenient time to clean it.

We have made several trips to the doctor for a mysterious white fleshy thing in Kate's eye. Today we made our way through the cold and fog to an
opthamologist that thinks it may have been there since birth and says it isn't anything to worry about. Too bad I couldn't have figured that out without two doctor visits and a prescription.

Basically we've been pretty bored and cold this month. Our furnace has stopped working twice. This morning we woke up and it was about 63 degrees in our house. Hopefully this time Scott fixed it better so it won't stop working again. Scott and I do get to look forward to skiing next week and on new
skis, so I'm just focusing on that!

It must be the age! River used to paint himself...but now he sticks to just doing walls and Autumn's toys. All pens markers and crayons are on a tall shelf and they have to ask to color! I don't know how to get him to stop it either - thank heavens for magic erasers! Have fun skiing - I haven't been in years!!
