Ragnar Relay - Wasatch Back

Scott ran in the Ragnar Relay with a couple of his roommates from Utah State a week or so ago. They had a team of 12 and ran from Logan to Park City (188 miles). Scott ran a 5.1 mile leg at 9am Friday, a 8.5 mile leg around 5 p.m., and a 4.9 mile leg around 4 a.m. He slept about an hour Friday night and came home exhausted Saturday afternoon. The more time that passes the more he seems to have liked it. While he was doing it he said it was like torture. He has made some great running accomplishments this summer!
