We took the kids to the Discovery Museum in Salt Lake. They had a great time. We spent about 3 hours there, but only spent time at about 1/3 of the things they had there. 
Every time I was able to pull Kate away from one thing to show her something new, she'd want to stay FOREVER. That was one reason we didn't get around to everything.
They loved the horse. Sari "fed" it carrots and lettuce.
Scott said he ran into a lot of bossy kids. Every time he turned around there was another little girl (usually it was a girl) telling him what to do or not to do.
