A "Summery" of Cell Phone Pictures

I've taken a lot of pictures this summer with my cell phone so I thought I'd do a run down of the events I failed to bring my camera to.

We've seen some interesting things on all our road trips, , we saw this one on our way to California. He was relaxing his leg and letting it flap in the wind. It looked very dangerous. The toe of his boot was so close to the ground. We made it to a LOT of parks many times. The kids' perspective might be a little different though, I'm sure they think we needed to go more.

On our way to camp in Fairview, , we saw this truck:

Sari and Kate's favorite outfits. They are a bit faded now from the many washings.

We went to many roundup week activities. These are pictures of us at the Barbecue in the Park. We also made it to the rodeo which Sari and Kate both really liked. We left Leah home with a babysitter.

Kate's bee sting. It stayed bruised looking like that for a week.

We had many delicious sandwiches made with our bountiful basket produce.

The worn out kids on the 24th of July. We were camping, then came home that afternoon and went to two different barbecues - our neighborhood one and one at the Jepperson's.

At the Jepperson's barbecue:

The kids really love riding on the fun train with their cousins.

We picked up Brick Oven pizza and ate it at Nunns Park, then walked to Bridal Veil Falls. Lisa and her kids came with us for family night since Alan was out of town at the time.

We went to Payson's Salmon Dinner with Ryan and Kris and their family. It was SO SO yummy. I want to go every year! This is Leah at the playground after we ate.

Sari and Kate on the swing set while we were camping at my parent's Skyline property.

We made a quick roadtrip to Twin Falls to see my Grandma Perkins' headstone on her birthday. It was just finished and put in place very recently. It was beautiful - this man we saw on the way home, however, was not.

And finally, we went to Arts in the Park tonight at Wines Park. The kids spent the entire time running back and forth and doing head stands.

We've had a very fun and eventful summer!

You have had a much more exciting summer than we have. We're finally getting ready to get back outside. I hope the fall and winter get here soon!
