Sari's Birthday Celebrations!

 We went to the corn maze here to celebrate Sari's birthday.  Two of Sari's cousins have the same birthday as her so we all went together.  They had lots of fun things to do before we went through the maze.  It took us 42 minutes to make it through the maze, and if I remember right it took the teenage cousins only 18. 

 

 Monday night we went over to Dan and Julane's house for cake and ice cream.  Dallin and Carson were turning 14, which is exactly double Sari's age.  They chose chocolate lush for their birthday dessert.  There's always plenty of treats to choose from when we are together.

A few things about Sari:  She LOVES to be playing with cousins or friends, constantly.  She needs her sleep to be happy.  Since school has started I've noticed that she needs more sleep than Kate.  She has very good penmanship.  I think she likes school but really dislikes waking up early.  She has been a little less agreeable lately - hopefully I can just figure out a way to get her more sleep and that will improve.  She got a new bike for her birthday, which she really likes.  She is learning to play the piano and really enjoys that.  She still loves to color and create anything with paper, glue, tape, etc.
