Our cute Halloween girls! Except for a few stray pieces of candy, I think the girls managed to eat all of it within one week. I think Scott helped a fair amount and I'm relieved to have it gone. People around here give away great candy. Each of the kids had three full sized candy bars and two cans of pop, and we were only out for about an hour and the houses are further apart than we're used to. We were lucky this year and it was pretty warm for trick-or-treating.
I just barely realized that Scott threw the girls into the air because they are dressed up as flying things, a witch, a fairy (Tinkerbell), and a ladybug. How funny I thought he was just doing it for fun.
Lucy was pretty cute trick-or-treating. The other kids blocked the doorways pretty effectively once it opened and candy was being distributed. Lucy would start to squeak to be noticed to get her candy too. Scott took her home earlier but Sari, Kate, and Leah wanted to keep going. I was quite impressed with Leah. I tried to get her to go back with Scott, but she wouldn't. She did great though - walked the whole time and kept up pretty good. I did start to carry her bucket for her after a while. It was really weighing her down at the end.
