Leah said, I need some shade.  I didn't understand.  She said, "you know, when you're hot and you need some shade?"  The difference was she was in her bed getting ready to go to sleep and was a little hot under her covers. 

Scott and I were talking about ward conference and how the Stake Primary Presidency would be in primary the next day.  Sari overheard Scott say, "That's when they bring the big guns in to watch you."

Sari asked, "They're going to bring big guns into primary??"  -Sari 9yrs

Lucy asked me if ketchup stains.  I said, it can, yes.  She gasped and said, "oh no! I got some on my nose!"

Leah had a shirt on that was too big for her.  "Oh!  This shirt shows my boob crack."

I was helping Kate practice the piano before her lesson one day and I told her she needed to go spray some of her perfume on her before piano and that she needed to shower later that day.
At piano lessons her Aunt Marlayne noticed she smelled good (like the perfume) and asked Kate if she was what smelled so good.  Kate answered, "yes, my mom had me spray perfume because she said I was stinky.  I haven't showered for a long time- like since.....April!"  (It was May 6th.)
