More from September

A few loose ends from September.  We had a great Indian summer this year.  All of September was beautiful.  One day after school, the Viets took Sari and Kate boating with them.  Here they are jumping off the tube with Lydia.

 The Olsen's were nice and had us over to their house for swimming pretty much anytime it was near 80 degrees.

 Scott got a splinter in his finger.  He said it hurt like crazy.  We googled how to get a splinter out and came across a retired Australian nurse that taught us on YouTube how to make a sugar and soap poultice to draw the splinter out.  It worked like a charm!
