Kid Quotes

I haven't included a kid quotes blog post in a long time!  I need to be better about writing down more of what these funny kids say.

One Sunday I asked if any of the kids wanted a bowl of oatmeal.  Scott said, "oh but it's fast Sunday."  Lucy said, "oooohhh, but I'll eat it FAST!!"

A lot of times when we tell Ian something, he responds with, "buy why??"  It's so darn cute!

8-6-17
Ian asked Scott to turn on a show for him to watch.  He said, "I want Goldie and Locks!", meaning Goldie and Bear.

9-12-17
When we went on our trip to Disneyland, we rode in our hotel elevator a lot.  One day after Disneyland on our way back up to our room we were approaching the elevators and he said, "Oh, I want to ride in the bulldozer!!"  He called the elevator a bulldozer the rest of the trip.

Ian says, "My lips are on fire," when he means his lips are burning.  He has had really dry lips lately and keeps peeling skin off of them.

I said to Ian, "can you hold it and not pee your pants?"  He looked at me confused and asked, "What?  What?  What am I gonna hold??"

Just the other day Scott said, "Hold your horses Ian."  Ian said, "What Daddy?  What?  What Daddy?  I don't have horses!"
