Aside from a little snowstorm at the beginning of November it didn't snow again until the day before Christmas. And then it NEVER stopped. I think we are going to break the all time snow record tonight in Billings. We only need .4 more of an inch and it will go down as the snowiest winter on record. At this point during Christmas break the snow was still novel and the kids were excited to play in it. Little did they know they wouldn't see the grass again for nearly 4 months!! The grass has just emerged in the past week or so and it continues to snow, but actually melts after now. Sari and Amelia built a little tunnel in the snow piles Scott made when he shoveled. On New Years' Eve we were driving home from church at 6pm and it was negative 16 degrees. I thought that needed some documentation. It has been a long, rough winter for me. The last picture is of Coco. The Combs' dog. We got to babysit her at our house for a few days while they were in California for Christmas. She is really cute and very well behaved. It was fun watching her.
