Budding Personality

I can remember the first time I realized with each of my babies that they were trying to become a little person instead of my little baby. It happened Sunday with Leah. We were in the bathroom and Kate handed her a comb. Leah was standing up and reached up as high as she could to Kate so she could comb her hair. Kate bent down for her and Leah started combing Kate's hair (as well as an almost 11 month old can). Leah looked up at me so proud that she was doing her sister's hair. I can't believe she is already walking and showing her little personality more every day.
For famliy history purposes I'll record Kate and Sari's moments too.
-With Kate it was just after she turned one. I found her in my closet playing. She had one of my flip flops hooked on her arm and was trying to balance to put her foot in one of Scott's enormous shoes. It was just so cute.
-Sari was an early talker and had been saying several words for a while, but one day I was laying on my bed with her and dropped my glasses. I said something like, "uh, oh! I dropped my glasses. Can you say glasses?" Then plain as day Sari said, "glasses?" It was crazy. It was so plain and she wasn't one yet. It shocked me. After that she just started picking up random words every day.
