Last week Sari asked me why school was starting in the middle of the summer. I informed her that it isn't the middle of the summer - it is the end of summer. She became very concerned and started listing off all the things she wanted to accomplish before summer was over. One of those was to sleep on the trampoline - so Scott was nice enough to sleep on the trampoline with her. Kate started outside with them, but wouldn't go to sleep so she had to come inside.
We've had some random sleeping habits going on here during the month of August. Sari went to sleep on the couch several times:
And Kate decided to sleep in a box one night. We took her out of it when we went to bed. She also has her head on an icepack. She likes to lay on it nearly every night to go to sleep. She also likes to suck on an ice cube. The things we'll do to get her to stay in her bed and go to sleep....

The box sleeping looks so uncomfortable. I was picturing a much bigger box. Scott's a good sport for sleeping on the trampoline.
