Our Visit to Utah- Music at Wines Park

I drove the kids to Utah the 21st of June.  Scott had to stay in Billings to work during the next week and he ran The Big Horn Trail run that day while we were driving.  He was running nearly the entire time we were driving.  I think it took him 9 1/2 hours this year.  There was a major thunderstorm that struck when he was at the highest elevation in the mountains.  He said there were lightning strikes all around, and pouring, freezing rain and hail, and a river of mud on the path to run on.  So on the last part of the run he was soaking wet.  It didn't sound very pleasant, but he did it!

It was the Lehi Roundup Days the week we visited.  One of the evenings we went to watch the show/music in Wines park.  Right after we got there we discovered we had forgot the blanket in my van so my mom offered to go get it.  When she got back she was carrying a strange brown blanket and three camp chairs.  I asked her why she didn't get my blanket.  She looked at me strange.  Come to find out, she opened the trunk to some strangers van and took their stuff!  It was pretty funny.  We walked back to return the stuff to the strangers trunk and retrieved the things from my van.
