Camping with the Combs

We went camping at Woodbine Campground again the first weekend in August.  This time we invited the Combs to come along.  The kids had a blast.  I have to admit, I wasn't looking forward to getting all the stuff packed and ready again, not to mention the set up and take down of camp, but it turned out to be really relaxing and fun.  Here are some pictures of us first thing in the morning:

 I forgot my earplugs this trip, so I didn't sleep very well.  You could hear so many animals scurrying around!  They woke me up constantly!  If it was a bigger animal sound, as in raccoon size, not bear ;) , it would make me more nervous and I wouldn't be able to fall back to sleep for a little while.  I will definitely be remembering my earplugs for future trips.

We camped right by the river.  Leah and Kyle played well together.  They are going to be in the same preschool class this year.

 We hiked up to the waterfall this time too.
