Big Horn Trail Run

 Scott didn't have much time to train for the Big Horn run this year.  He started trying to hit it hard at the end and decided to up his mileage too fast and injured his foot on a 15 mile run.  We decided to go up anyway and cheer on the runners.  It turned out to be quite fun.  We drove there by way of a scenic route which ended up being 3 1/2 hours, but the kids are good travelers so it turned out ok.  We went the 2 hour way back home.  Brennan was a little tired at the end of his run.  He didn't notice all the little girls having a picnic around him.

 The kids were pretty whiny when we first got there.  I was a little worried that we shouldn't have bothered with the trip.  They all perked up pretty quick after we fed them and let them play in the creek.

We had a nice sunset to look at on the drive home.
