Camping

At the end of the school year, Leah told her preschool teacher that she was going to be camping with her grandparents all summer long.  Her preschool teacher asked me about our big camping adventure.  I had to correct Leah and tell her that we would be camping with grandma and grandpa, but only for about 4 days.  The babies! Ian was almost 8 months old and Lynden was about 11 months old.
We went to the demolition derby this year.  They also have fireworks after the show.

It was pretty nice the whole time we were camping.  One day we took the kids to a little creek to wade in.  Scott put his arm in some stinging nettle while we were there.

Ian loved the rocks.  He wasn't as much into putting everything in his mouth at the time so it worked out great.  A few weeks after this he figured out how fun it is to try to taste and chew on everything so now life is a bit trickier with baby.
Sheena's baby is about the same age as Ian, and a little bald blondie too.
My mom brought these visors for the kids to decorate while we were camping.  My girls have kept track of them and are still wearing them regularly.
