We spent August 10th-14th in Bear Lake. We stayed at a condo in Garden City that my parents rented for us. Two of the days we went to the Lake and played. The first day we rented and played on two wave runners. That was really fun. Towards the end of the day it got really windy so the waves in the lake were bigger and it was actually fun to ride the wave runners over them. It was a bit cold though, because the water would spray and soak you. The third day we went back to the lake and rented a water trampoline and paddle boards and kayaks. The kids love to play at the lake. Kate was my buddy on the trampoline. She liked that the most out of all the kids. Leah was the master shell hunter. I think she did that almost the entire time both days. I have three gallon sized bags full of them to prove it. All the kids got in on that action and Aunt Jessica helped some too. After the first day, Leah's shells were misplaced for a while and that was tragic for her. Ian ate a fair amount of sand on this trip. He and Lynden are funny together. They're like little siblings and will play together well, but also fight when the mood strikes.
Ian took a nap each day floating on his daddy's stomach in the water.
